Chop Wok operates a Digital Store selling downloadable digital products — including recipe guides, wok sauce matrices, and home-cooking resources — to customers worldwide. All products are delivered electronically and are not physical goods.

All products are PDF-format guides delivered via electronic download link immediately upon successful payment. No physical goods are dispatched.
4.2 Licence
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, upload, or commercially exploit any part of any digital product.
4.3 Payment
All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD ($). International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by their bank or card provider.
4.4 Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment you will receive an automated confirmation email with your download link. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes.
Products are available for download immediately upon confirmation of payment. Chop Wok is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or internet connectivity issues on your end.
If you have not received your download link within 30 minutes, contact support@chopwok-kitchen.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
All content on this Site and within all digital products — including text, recipes, formulas, images, layouts, and brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of Chop Wok. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt, publish, or exploit any of this content without our prior written permission.
All digital products are provided for informational and personal culinary use only. Individual results may vary depending on equipment, ingredients, and skill level. Nothing in our digital products constitutes professional nutritional, dietary, or allergy advice.

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Chop Wok Digital Store. Please read carefully before completing a purchase. By buying a digital product from us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
All products sold through the Chop Wok Digital Store are digital goods delivered electronically (PDF downloads). Once a download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded, the product is considered delivered and consumed.
In accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK), the right to cancel does not apply to digital content where:
We do not offer refunds for digital products where the download has been initiated or the file has been accessed. This applies to all guides, recipe matrices, sauce guides, and culinary collections sold through our store.

We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and resolve eligible refunds within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned via Stripe — allow up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
We ask that customers contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work promptly and fairly to resolve any genuine issue. Fraudulent chargebacks on clearly delivered digital products will be disputed.
